Encompass Furniture has been a client of ours for many years, and we recently delivered the latest iteration of their website. As specialists in luxury garden and outdoor furniture, with a large and growing catalogue spanning multiple brands, Encompass needed a site that could scale easily as their range expands, while making it simple for customers to browse products by swatch and material and check out a wide variety of furniture options. Alongside the website, we also helped develop their brand strategy and wrote their tone of voice.
Our work
The latest version of Encompass Furniture’s website was a significant upgrade. With such a large product catalogue, the site needed a structure that could grow easily in the future without becoming difficult to manage or navigate. We built this with scalability in mind from the outset, giving the Encompass team the flexibility to keep adding products and ranges without needing to rework the site each time.
We also focused on how customers browse and choose furniture. The site makes it easy to view and compare product swatches, so customers can see materials and finishes clearly before buying, and we streamlined checkout to handle the many different configurations and options that come with furniture like this.
Alongside the website, we worked with Encompass to develop their brand strategy and wrote a tone of voice for them to use consistently across the site and beyond, tying the whole experience together.
