What is Flex?

Flex is a simple, cost-effective way to access our branding, web design and development services while spreading the cost over time.

How does Flex work?

It’s easy! Contact us with your business needs, and we'll discuss how we can help get your next project off the ground. We then provide a proposal, and once you're happy for the project to start, we begin work while you pay for our services through your Flex monthly payments.

What services can I access with Flex?

You can choose from any of our project-based creative and digital services. This can include web design/development, branding, marketing strategy, print design and more. However, any ongoing services paid for on a monthly basis, such as social media management, cannot be paid for through Flex.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope! Flex is designed to be as flexible as possible. There are no long-term commitments — just an affordable solution that works for your business. You can choose to spread the cost or end your Flex payments with 30 days' notice by paying off the remaining balance in one lump sum.

How is the cost determined?

We’ll scope out your project and provide a clear quote for the work. With a small upfront cost, you can choose to spread the rest of the project cost over 12 or 24 months.

When does the work start?

Right away! As soon as your Flex payments begin, our team gets to work on your project.

Can I add more services later?

Absolutely! If you need additional support, you can add services to your project at any time or start a new project to run simultaneously.
